Just days after Prince William County Police charged the first suspect in a February drug robbery, they arrested a second suspect.

According to police, one of the men—now identified by police as Rashad Taheem Norris, of Manassas—showed a knife, took an undisclosed amount of cash from Huynh, then fled the area. No injuries were reported. Police used a K-9 to search for the suspects.

Officers discovered marijuana while speaking with Huynh. Police said that Huynh came to the area with marijuana and packaging material for a drug transaction, which led to the robbery. They subsequently charged him with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
