2023 Fairfax Co. Sheriff Election Results: Kincaid Wins Re-Election

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — Incumbent Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid easily won re-election over challengers Jerry McMillian and Christopher DeCarlo in Tuesday's election.

In Fairfax County, Kincaid received 212,416 votes, or 76.68 of the total vote count, compared to 30,457 votes, or 11 percent, for McMillan and 28,515, or 10.29 percent, for DeCarlo.

In Fairfax City, Kincaid received 5,180 votes, or 75.68 of the total vote count, compared to 886 votes, or 12.94 percent, for McMillan and 707, or 10.33 percent, for DeCarlo.

Kincaid was first elected as sheriff of Fairfax County in 2013. The sheriff's office serves the residents of Fairfax County, Fairfax City and the towns of Herndon and Vienna.
