Wow! Teen's 7,306 Pull-Ups Smashes 3 World Records

Fueled on pineapple and sushi, 17-year-old Andrew Shapiro accomplished a record feat — actually, three record feats in less than 24 hours.

DC-NoVa Ranked Fittest Metro Area in the United States

The American College of Sports Medicine has just released their 2016 rankings of the fittest cities in the United States, and the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia metropolitan area came out on top.

It's actually the third year in a row that the D.C. area has been No. 1 on the American Fitness Index ever since it knocked Minneapolis off the top spot in 2014. D.C. scored a 77.9 this year compared to 2nd place Minneapolis, which got a 76.7. >>> Read more.
