Fairfax County Police logged the following incidents in McLean during the week ending Oct. 31.

Larcencies

• Generator and tools stolen from a construction site on I-66
• Laptop stolen from business on Greensboro Drive
• Groceries stolen from business on Lee Highway
• Tools stolen from business on Leesburg Pike
• Equipment stolen from vehicle on Scotts Run Road
• Credit card stolen from business on Strawberry Lane
• Checks stolen from business on Tysons Boulevard
• Tire stolen from vehicle on Westwind Way

Vehicle Thefts

• 2013 Hyundai stolen from Chain Bridge Road

Animal Control Division - Countywide

• ANIMAL BITE, 6200 block of Little River Turnpike, 10/25/12, 12:15 p.m. The 19-year-old victim was walking by a store where a Shih Tzu mix was tied up out front. The dog allegedly bit her as she walked by. Julio Gonzalez, 48, of Alexandria, was charged with unlicensed and unvaccinated dog. The dog was routinely quarantined. The victim received minor injuries.
• ANIMAL BITE, 10800 block of Split Oak Lane, 10/30/12, 6 p.m. The victim was walking her dog when another dog came running across the street and bit her. She received minor injuries. The suspect dog, a Bichon Poodle mix, was routinely quarantined.
