Fourth of July will be here before you know it. Here's your full guide to fireworks and other fun happening around Mount Vernon.

MOUNT VERNON, VA—The Fourth of July is quickly approaching, which means your family can enjoy fireworks at the first president's estate. The nighttime Mount Vernon fireworks will happen June 29-20 from 6 p.m.-9:45 p.m. and daytime fireworks on July 4 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

The June-29-20 fireworks are choreographed to patriotic music. Cost with a mansion tour is $35 for adults, $25 for youth; without mansion tour is $30 for adults and $20 for youth.

July 4 fireworks over the Potomac River will be accompanied by cannon fire and military re-enactments. The cost is included in admission to the estate.

Fourth of July (Wednesday): Isolated showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. and before midnight. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91 and low of 77. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Thursday: A slight chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11 a.m. and before 2 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 91 and low of 75. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Friday: Showers between 8 a.m. and noon, then showers and thunderstorms after noon. High near 89 and low near 69. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent during the day and 70 percent at night.

Alexandria's Birthday Celebration (Saturday): Showers and thunderstorms likely before 9 a.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. The night will be partly cloudy with a low around 65.

Co-sponsored by the National Park Service and the National Symphony Orchestra, join Jimmy Buffett and the Broadway cast of Escape to Margaritaville, pop superstars the Temptations and the Beach Boys, country music star Luke Combs, host John Stamos, and many more as they honor our country’s 242nd birthday. Gates will open at 3 p.m.

DC Fireworks Display: July 4, 9:09 p.m. - 9:27 p.m.

National Mall

Independence Day culminates with a spectacular fireworks display over the National Mall. The fireworks will be launched from the area of the Reflecting Pool, and will be visible from many locations throughout D.C. and Northern Virginia. The fireworks will be cancelled in case of heavy rain, thunderstorms or high winds.
