Lowfat Chocolate Milk Scientifically Shown to Help Athletes Recover After Strenuous Exercise
WHAT: The Refuel with Chocolate Milk Tour will be in Washington D.C., at the finish line of the North Face Endurance Challenge. This year, the National "got milk?" Milk Mustache Campaign has launched the Refuel with Chocolate Milk Tour that’s visiting endurance events across the country to educate athletes about the importance of post-exercise recovery for muscle recovery and optimal performance. Athletes and spectators are encouraged to stop by after the race and enjoy free samples of lowfat chocolate milk, free souvenir Milk Mustache photos, free massages, and a consultation with an athletic trainer on site and more! You can also find out how you can apply to join Team Refuel for a chance at landing a “Refuel Grant.”
