1 Injured By Multiple Gunshots, Alexandria Police Seek Suspect
The Alexandria Police Department is investigating after a person was shot multiple times Sunday night near Swann Avenue and Oakville Street.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Alexandria Police Department is asking for tips or video footage from residents as investigating gunshots fired Sunday night near Swann Avenue and Oakville Street.
About 9 p.m., officers found one person in the area suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition, police said Monday afternoon.
Alexandria police ask residents who were in the area at the time, or who may have seen or heard anything related to this incident, to contact the department.
