ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Alexandria Film Festival has found a new location at the Virginia Tech campus in Potomac Yard for its 2025 event.

The 19th Annual Alexandria Film Festival will kick off on Nov. 2 and continue Nov. 7 to 9 at various locations, including the Virginia Tech Alexandria campus Building One (3625 Potomac Ave.), Patagonia Old Town (815 ½ King Street), Beatley Library (for free programming, 5005 Duke Street) and the Alexandria History Museum at The Lyceum (201 S. Washington Street).

"We are thrilled and grateful to partner with Virginia Tech for our 19th annual festival," said Jill Ray,
chair of the Alexandria Film Festival. "The university’s new academic building in the Potomac Yard
neighborhood is the perfect hub of festival activities this year. It’s metro-accessible, high-tech, and
