Alexandria Sidewalk Sale Brings New Participating Businesses In 2025
Businesses in Old Town, Del Ray and beyond will offer special discounts during the three-day Sidewalk Sale.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Alexandria Sidewalk Sale will return for three days with steep discounts on merchandise and new participating businesses.
The annual shopping event features more than 30 independently-owned boutiques in Alexandria's Old Town and Del Ray neighborhoods and beyond. Participating businesses will offer significant discounts on products on the streets lined with racks, tables and tents. It is the largest collective boutique sale in the D.C. region.
Shoppers can find products from clothing and home goods to gourmet treats and art. New participants this year are jewelry boutique Eliana Curated, romance-focused bookstore Friends to Lovers and Fantastical Glass artist studio.

In addition to the sidewalk sale, the Del Ray Vintage & Flea Market happens on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and other upcoming second Saturdays of the month. Shoppers can find vintage goods, arts and crafts and more at the market at Mount Vernon and Bellefonte Avenues and Mount Vernon and Custis Avenues.
