Armed Robbery Reported Sunday Night in Alexandria: Police
Incident is second robbery Sunday night reported by Alexandria police.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an armed robbery Sunday night in the 1200 block of Madison Street (see map below). Police sent out an alert about the robbery shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday.
Police say a suspect brandished a gun at a victim selling a phone, then stole the phone. Expect police activity in the area.
Police reported another robbery in the area earlier Sunday night.
