Business Robbed at Gunpoint Saturday Night in Alexandria: Police

Police sent out a notification about the armed robbery Saturday at about 6:45 p.m.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A business was robbed at gunpoint Saturday night in Alexandria, according to the Alexandria Police Department.

The police say a suspect brandished a gun at a business located in the 2300 block of Eisenhower Avenue and stole cash. Police did not give the name of the business or a description of the suspect.

No one was injured in the robbery, according to police. Expect police activity in the area.
