Center for Alexandria's Children Hosts Gala Benefit
The fundraiser and party will have a "roaring '20s" theme and be held at Virtue Feed & Grain.

The Center for Alexandria’s Children is hosting a gala benefit honoring three Alexandrians who have devoted their energies to improving the lives of local children.
The gala will be Feb. 28, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Virtue Feed & Grain on S. Union Street.
At the event, the center plans to honor philanthropists Dagoberg and Lissa Soergel who will receive the Champions for Children Award, and Arika VanBrunt, a senior therapist with the City of Alexandria’s Community and Human Services Department. Van Brunt will receive the Outstanding Dedication to Children Award.
