Convenience Store Robbed at Gunpoint Wednesday Night in Alexandria: Police
The store that was robbed Wednesday night is located in the southwest quadrant of the City.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store Wednesday night in the 800 block of Franklin Street in Alexandria.
Two suspects entered the store and one of them brandished a gun, according to police. Police say the suspects got away with cash and no one was injured. Police sent out an alert about the robbery shortly after midnight. Police did not offer a description of the suspects.
Police didn't give the name of the business, but a 7-Eleven store is located in the 800 block of Franklin Street; approximate location of the robbery (Google maps):
