Crime Report: Broken Shop Window in Old Town Alexandria
The following crimes were reported by the Alexandria Police Department to crimereports.com.

Note: The addresses listed below indicates blocks and not specific addresses of incidents.
Feb. 23 – A vehicle was stolen in the 1000 block of Madison Street around 3:24 p.m.
Feb. 22 – A robbery was reported in the 2900 block of Eisenhower Avenue at 10:05 a.m.

Feb. 22 – A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of S. Washington Street.
Feb. 22 – Property damage was reported in the 700 block of S. Fairfax Street at 11:19 a.m. Also in this block on Feb. 18, an assault was reported between a homeowner and a contractor working at a nearby residence.

Feb. 21 – A theft was reported in the 500 block of King Street around 12:57 p.m. No further details were available.
Feb. 20 – A woman reported her vehicle was “keyed” while parked at Prince and S. Pitt streets around 12:24 p.m.
Feb. 19 – A shop owner reported that her shop window was broken and a thief stole a cash box containing money in the 900 block of King Street around 10:42 a.m.
Feb. 17 – A woman called the police after a man approached her in her workplace and grabbed her by the arm. The woman broke free and asked the man to leave the business, which he did before police arrived. The event occurred about 7:30 p.m. in the 900 block of King Street.
