Double Shooting In Alexandria Causes Death, Injury: Police

ALEXANDRIA, VA — One person is dead and two others were injured in a double shooting in Alexandria Thursday night, according to police.

Alexandria Police had responded to a gunshots report in the 1300 block of Wythe Street in Old Town West around 8:14 p.m. Thursday. Officers found two adult men with gunshot wounds. They were taken to the hospital, with one in critical condition and one stable.

One victim, identfieid as Kwakia Frazier, 25, of Alexandria, died of his injuries. The other victim, a 46-year-old man from Alexandria, is stable. The third injured person is a 15-year-old boy who was grazed by a bullet and was treated on scene.
