Hunt for Easter Eggs at Lee-Fendall House

The historic house museum and gardens has some reservation times still available for the 14th annual event.

As we head toward the end of March, don't forget that this month it's free admission at the Lee-Fendall House.

Since its construction in 1785, the house has been called home by 37 members of the Lee family. It has also housed convalescing Union soldiers during the Civil War, the locally prominent Downham family and 20th Century labor leader John Lewis, who lived there until 1969.

The house museum and garden is on the corner of North Washington and Oronoco streets and is open Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
