New Music Store to Hold Grand Opening Thursday in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Guitar Center, the world’s largest instrument retailer, is stepping into the spotlight with the debut of a new 15,425 square-foot state-of-the-art retail location in Alexandria, which will offer music lessons at the in-house music academy, on-site repairs, gear rentals, free workshops and musical gear for every skill level -- from blossoming beginners to bonafide rock stars.

To celebrate, Guitar Center is hosting a grand opening event full of live music, giveaways and exclusive savings exclusively for Alexandria residents Thursday, Jan. 12 from 7-11 p.m., the company announced this week.
