Old Town Hosts Outdoor Film Festival
Movies will be shown Friday and Saturday at Waterfront Park, weather permitting.

Cinema under the stars returns to Old Town this weekend during the 11th annual Comcast Outdoor Film Festival.
The event will take place Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20 in Waterfront Park at the foot of Prince Street by the river.
All movies, which are shown on a four-story high screen in high-definition, begin at about 8:30 p.m. Admission is free.

Enjoy "Skyfall" on Friday and "Rise of the Guardians" on Saturday.
Popcorn, lemonade and some other food items will be available for sale. Some of the proceeds from concession sales will benefit SCAN of Northern Virginia.

Audience members are allowed to bring blankets or low lawn chairs to sit on and coolers and outside foods are also welcome.
If it rains, the show is canceled. Call the Special Events Hotline at 703-746-5592 for weather related cancellations.
The free King Street Trolley will operate between the waterfront and the King Street Metro until midnight on that Friday and Saturday.
