A downtown Alexandria home on N. Pitt Street is set for auction Friday. It’s a foreclosure.

Realty service Zillow estimates this home, which includes 4.5 baths, will sell for about $1.2 million. The number of bedrooms was not available.

The 2,280-square-foot home, built in 2003, was last sold in November 2005 for $1.275 million. It also includes a detached garage.

The City of Alexandria assessed it in 2012 as being worth $1.242 million.
