The hosting Port City Brewing will release a new collaboration with Stone Brewing, Vasen Brewing, and North American Sake Brewing called Koji Kai. The exclusive beer is a Dry-Hopped Grisette brewed with Koji rice, blending flavors of regional malt with the ancient handcrafted Japanese fermentation ingredient Koji. According to the brewery, the beer is fermented with Belgian saison yeast and dryhopped with alora and nelson-sauvin hops. Festival attendees can try the beer during the event and can purchase a four-pack to take home.

In addition to the beer collaboration, Port City Brewing Company will introduce an exclusive festival beer called Watermelon Gose. This tart sour beer comes out pink, evoking flavors of watermelon and a hint of sea salt.
