Teaism Hosts 'Healthy Happy Hour' for Health Professionals
The second happy hour will be held on Friday evening.
Healthy dining hot spot Teaism recently started a series of “healthy happy hours” designed for members of the health field to network and chat about their fields.
“We’ve noticed that with our focus on healthy dining, a lot of our customers were in health fields,” Teaism co-owner Michelle Brown told Patch. “Old Town Alexandria has such a network of yoga studios, gyms, karate, massage therapists and integrative medicine specialists – it makes sense.”
The second in this new series of happy hours will be held Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the store on N. St. Asaph Street, next to Trader Joe’s.

“Customers mentioned to me that they got new clients at the happy hour and it’s always nice for people to reconnect when they don’t get to see each other very often,” Brown said.
