'WOW' House: Luxe Amenities, Views at The Oronoco in Alexandria

There’s still time to nab a residence at The Oronoco, Old Town Alexandria’s latest luxe condo building, which has seen 54 of its 60 condos sell, according to its marketing team.

Closings have occurred on 75 percent and the building is well occupied with residents going about their daily business.

Six condos remain in all prices ranges and sizes with both river and city views, including the model (pictured). The condo residences range from $1.5 million to $4.5 million.
