Burglar Smashes Glass Door In Reston Home: Police

Police say someone took personal items from the home and ransacked a room.

RESTON, VA -- Someone smashed through a glass door at a home in Reston Friday evening.

Police responded to a burglary alarm in the 11000 block of Stoneledge Court at around 7:06 p.m. Feb. 1, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police "found a broken glass door," and discovered that a room had been ransacked and personal items were taken, the report states.
