
Beginner Parkour Series for Adults
Jump into something new and exciting with us! Learn to vault, wall run, roll, and more in this introductory parkour series for adults. We'll learn foundational techniques and master progressions. Parkour is both a fantastic workout and a fun, unique skill that challenges you both physically and mentally. We break it down into easy-to-approach steps for all levels.
4-week session
Every Monday at 12pm-1pm starting January 5th
After this series, you will be eligible for our "white band" parkour classes and open gym. These are beginner classes and open sessions hosted throughout the week every week.
NO experience needed! Come as you are! Ages 18+ only
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes that you can jump around in as well as a water bottle. We have water coolers to refill bottles.
