
Intro to Hoop Dance
Open the door to a movement practice that invites curiosity, personal growth, and a growing connection to your body. This beginner friendly class will cover hoop selection and other fundamentals that help you feel steady in your practice. You will learn waist hooping, isolations, weaves, transitions, and other accessible techniques that look impressive and build confidence. We will also explore body awareness and simple ways to find your rhythm. No hoop is required. Hoops are available for use. Come ready to move, have fun, and discover a new form of expression.
This is a workshop for adults and teens (ages 16+). No experience needed!
