First Watch To Open Next Spring In Vacant Carrabba’s Location: Report
Reston foodies will soon be able to order Million Dollar Bacon or avocado toast at the new First Watch restaurant on Sunset Hills Road.
RESTON, VA — Florida-based First Watch Restaurant Group has signed a deal to open a restaurant next spring in the former home of Carrabba’s Italian Grill at 12192 Sunset Hills Road in Reston, according to reports.
Described as a “daytime dining” restaurant chain, First Watch already has several locations in Northern Virginia, including Fairfax City, Chantilly, Falls Church and Alexandria. Popular dishes include avocado toast, lemon Ricotta pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon, according to the Washington Business Journal.
"We thought the community needed someplace that’s breakfast and lunch more than another dinner space,” said Michael McGregor, executive vice president of leasing and acquisitions at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, according to WBJ’s reporting.
