Gnocchi Demonstration, 4-Course Italian Dinner At Davio's: Deals

RESTON, VA — Diners at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Reston Station will not only have an opportunity to enjoy one of Italy’s traditional pasta’s, they’ll get a demonstration of how it’s made.

On Thursday, Oct. 24, Davio’s chef/owner Steve DiFillippo and culinary director Rodney Murillo will present a gnocchi demonstration, which will be followed by a four- course pasta dinner.

Gnocchi Demonstration & First Course

• Hand-Rolled Potato Gnocchi, Organic Mushrooms, Parmigiano, Truffle Butter Optional Wine Pairing: 2019 MacRostie, Chardonnay, Sonoma County

Second Course

• Fusilli, Grilled Prawns, Hot Cherry Peppers, Vermentino, Lemon, Olive Oil. Ooptional wine pairing: 2020 Robert Mondavi, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

• Braised Beef Short Rib Tortellini, Cacio e Pepe, 25 Year Aged Balsamic. Optional Wine Pairing: 2019 Castello di Neive, Barbaresco, Piedmont

Dolce

• Semolina Olive Oil Cake, Pumpkin Gelato

The four-course pasta dinner is $95 per person. With the optional wine pairing add $45 per person for 3 course wine pairing. Tickets may be purchased online.
