Three Man Soul Machine, Aaron Myers And Sin Miedo Perform Saturday At Jazz Fest In Rosslyn

ROSSLYN, VA — If you've been lucky, you may have caught one of the jazz performances that have been popping up in Rosslyn over the last few weeks. These have just been precursors to the big event — the annual Rosslyn Jazz Fest, which takes place this weekend.

Presented by the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID), the festival presents live jazz performances by local artists Three Man Soul Machine, Aaron Myers and Sin Miedo. The performances, which run from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, will be presented on the Gateway Park stage, which is located at 1300 Langston Blvd. in Rosslyn.

Here is the schedule for Saturday's Jazz Fest at Gateway Park:

• Three Man Soul Machine: 1-2 p.m.
• Aaron Myers: 2:30-3:30 p.m.
• Sin Miedo: 4-5 p.m.

Hungry music lovers are encouraged to visit the many restaurants in Rosslyn. Food trucks will also be on hand, as well as a beer and wine bar for guests 21 and older. Visit the Jazz Fest's website to receive a 10 percent discount from participating restaurants.

Although Jazz Fest is a free event, attendees are encouraged to make a reservation. Walk-ups will be offered on a space available basis. Check-in begins at 12:15 p.m. Attendees should access Gateway Park through the middle entrance along Langston Boulevard.

Jazz Fest attendees are strongly encouraged to take public transportation. Atlantic Parking Garage on North Moore Street between 19th Street and Lansgton Boulevard is offering a flat fee of $5 for parking from 8 a.m.-8 p.m, but space is limited.
