Man Robbed At Gunpoint In Reston: Police

Police say a man was walking down the street in Reston when a man approached him with a gun.

RESTON, VA -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man was robbed at gunpoint in Reston.

The man was walking down the street in the area of Monroe Street and Sunrise Valley Drive at around 8:05 p.m. on Dec. 22 when a man approached him with a gun and demanded money, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

The man then got into a black sedan and left with the victim's money. The victim was not injured.

Police described the man as black, with a deep voice, around 6 feet 2 inches tall, and wearing a white coat.
