Each assessment contained a number of recommendations to improve accessibility, some simple fixes and others complex projects. Under Mr. Bayne’s supervision, all recommendations on both assessments were addressed and completed in a timely manner. His knowledge, attention to detail, persistence, and efficiency were consistently displayed. As stated on the award, “his advocacy enhanced access for staff, faculty, students, and parents with mobility disabilities.”
