John McGuire amid rising concerns (wset.com) — Residents from across Congressman John McGuire’s district gathered outside his office on Timberlake Road in Campbell County, braving freezing temperatures to demand an in-person town hall. Protesters voiced concerns about rising grocery and health care costs and foreign policy decisions, and while McGuire was in Washington, his staff met with them and pledged to relay their messages. Participants said they felt heard but still want a direct meeting.
