Christmas Wonderland Tree Returns To Vienna Real Estate Team's Office

The Casey Samson Team Christmas display is back, filling the space with holiday decorations. Here's when you can visit.

VIENNA, VA — A family tradition turned into an impressive Christmas display continues at a Vienna real estate team's office.

The Casey Samson Team, which has its office above Cocoa Vienna along historic Church Street, opened its Christmas wonderland for the holiday season. The display features dozens of themed Christmas trees and floor-to-ceiling decorations.

The display is the work of two agents, Morgan Samson and her husband Colby Smyth, and his mother Linda "Tree" Smyth. Last year, Morgan Samson told Patch the display brought back a Christmas tradition from her husband Colby Smyth's family. The Christmas wonderland pays tribute to the memorable Christmas party Smyth's parents Linda "Tree" Smyth and the late Rod Smyth threw with 28 themed Christmas trees.

The Christmas wonderland display debuted to the public during an open house during the Church Street Holiday Stroll on Dec. 1. In addition, Mayor Linda Colbert joined for a ribbon cutting of the display.

The next chance for the public to see it is the Gift of Giving Open House on Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors can walk through the office to see the different themed displays, and children can enjoy a tree scavenger hunt.
