Texas Donuts Sets December Opening For New Vienna Location
Foodies can soon satisfy their Texas-sized appetites with the new Texas Donuts grand opening in Vienna.
VIENNA, VA — Residents with a Texas-sized appetite will soon be able to get their fix with a Texas Donuts opening in Vienna.
Texas Donuts announced its grand opening of the Vienna location at 167 Glyndon Street SE will be Wednesday, Dec. 3. Initial hours for Texas Donuts will be 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays and Wednesday to Saturdays and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.
The brand dates back to 2002, specializing in Texas-style donuts and kolaches, a type of Texas-Czech pastry. The menu includes basic donuts, character donuts, specialty donuts, croughnuts, savory kolaches and croissant sandwiches. The donut shop has other locations in Centreville, Manassas and Lorton.

Texas Donuts will be in the former location of MidnighTreats. MidnighTreats owner Johnny Nguyen had announced the new tenant for the space to the Vienna, VA Foodies group earlier this year. MidnighTreats can still be found at Arlington and Alexandria locations, and plans to relocate the Reston location to Reston Town Center are continuing.
