A victim was walking down a sidewalk at 1:52 p.m. May 1 when the person encountered a dog walker walking a Great Dane. The dog jumped up and bit
the victim, who was eventually transported to a local hospital for a minor injury. The dog was quarantined and the owner contacted. The owner was charged with having an unlicensed dog.
