Volunteers Needed for Town-Wide Spring Cleaning
Town cleanup day is on April 1. Volunteers can clean up their own neighborhoods or take on an area of town that needs attention.

From the Town of Vienna: Come one, come all. No, seriously, all helping hands are needed to give the Town of Vienna its spring makeover on Town Cleanup Day Saturday, April 1. Volunteers may clean up their own neighborhoods or take on an assignment for an area of Town that needs attention.
Cleanup Day begins at 8 a.m. with volunteers meeting at the Town Green, 144 Maple Avenue E, for assignments. Cleanup wraps up by about noon.
“It’s a nice flex job and anyone who wants to shape the community can drop in,” says Parks Maintenance Manager John King, Jr. “We take a look at the Town, decide what we need, and plug in our great volunteers to make sure everything is in shape for the season. An all hands-in effort makes for a big impact in a short amount of time.”
