Scooter Rider Struck In 2-Vehicle Alexandria Crash
Two people have non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the Sunday night crash.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A person riding a scooter was struck during a two-vehicle crash in Alexandria Sunday night, according to Alexandria Police.
The crash happened at Duke Street and S. Reynolds Street around 9 p.m. The scooter rider was struck after two vehicles crashed. Two people have non-life-threatening injuries.
One of the vehicles came to stop against an apartment building. Damages were being examined. Alexandria Police reported damage to power lines that was still being fixed Monday morning.

There was no immediate word on what led to the crash.
