2 Family Members Shot, Murder Charge Filed In Woodbridge
A Woodbridge man is charged with murder after police said he shot two family members in an argument. One victim died, another was wounded.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — After arguing with family members, a Woodbridge man is accused of shooting two people, killing one relative, authorities said Friday.
Khampheng Toune Quanlangsy, 56, of the 12900 block of Kenmar Drive in Woodbridge is charged with murder and other crimes, according to a news release from the Prince William County police department.
Police received a report of a shooting at 5:42 p.m. Thursday at a residence located in the 12900 block of Kenmar Drive. Investigators said Quanlangsy argued with family members in the home, retrieved a firearm and shot two family members before calling emergency services.

He was detained by police in front of the home without incident.
Two people were found inside the home suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body, a 42-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, a police news release said.

The male victim — Souksavanh Inthilat, 42, of Woodbridge — was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers provided first aid to the woman, who was taken to an area hospital, where she remains in critical condition, police said Friday. Her name has not been released.
A firearm was recovered at the home.
Quanlangsy is charged with one count of murder, one count of aggravated malicious wounding, and two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony. He is being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail.
