She was predeceased by her sons; Michael Topping and William R. "Robbie" Dowling, Jr., as well as her sisters; Phyllis Ann "Pat" Thornton, Penny Dulin, and Anita Buel. The family will receive friends at the Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193 on Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 1:30 PM until her Celebration of Life Service begins at 2:30.
