Man Charged With Sending Pornographic Messages to 15-Year-Old

A Dale City man faces charges after he allegedly sent inappropriate messages and pictures to a local teenager, Prince William County Police said.

Milton Hallie, 37, of 4301 Eldorado Drive, is charged with four counts of the use of a communication system to facilitate certain offenses involving children. 

Police said that detectives began an investigation on June 1 into messages sent between January and March of this year to a 15-year-old girl. Following an investigation, police arrested Hallie on June 7.

Hallie is held without bond pending his court date.
