DUMFRIES, VA—A man was arrested Wednesday after commandeering a vehicle in Lorton and threatening the driver while ordering him to drive to a home in the 2000 block of Twin Six Lane, according to Prince William County Police. Riaz Ahmad Noory, 27, of the 13000 block of Brierly Forest Court in Manassas, was charged with abduction and disorderly conduct.

Shortly before 12:30 p.m., police responded to the aforementioned residence for a reported disorderly person. A 20-year-old man said that while driving in the Lorton area of Fairfax County, Noory—an acquaintance—stepped in front of his vehicle, causing him to stop.

He said Noory then got into the vehicle, "placed something to the back of his head" and demanded he drive to Twin Six Lane. If he didn't do so, he was told, he would be harmed. After arriving at the residence, Noory became disorderly and police were summoned. Noory was arrested without incident.
