Man Drugs Girl, Sexually Assaults Her In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man who drugged a minor and then sexually assaulted her during a party early last month in the 1400 block of Ranger Loop was arrested Tuesday, April 30, according to Prince William County Police. Horling Mauricio Torres Guevara, 19, of the aforementioned address, was charged with forcible sodomy and distribution of schedule I/II drugs to minor.

On April 5, police began investigating a sexual assault reported to have occurred Aprili 3. A 16-year-old girl went to the home for a party. While there, she and a 15-year-old girl were provided alcohol and suspected narcotics by an acquaintance, Torres Guevara. She became disoriented and was put in a bedroom by Torres Guevara.

She fell asleep and woke up to Torres Guevara sexually assaulting her. Both girls then left the party, and the incident was later reported to police. Torres Guevara is being held without bond.
