A man exposed himself to a Woodbridge woman while she was shopping at the Dumfries Wal-Mart, Prince William County Police said.  On Tuesday at 8:20 a.m., police responded to the Wal-Mart on Jefferson Davis Highway, where the 21-year-old woman reported that a man had exposed himself. The man approached her around 7:50 a.m. Officers were unable to find the suspect. No one was injured.  The man is described as black, between 15-25 years old, about 5'8", 140 pounds with black afro-style hair. He was last seen wearing glasses, a white t-shirt and green pajama pants. He may have left the store in a white, older model Honda Civic with black trim.
