WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Wednesday after hurling rocks at a woman's moving vehicle in the 1900 block of Steven Road, according to Prince William County Police. Derrik Rakeem Harris, 34, of the 14300 block of Jeffries Road, was charged with throwing missiles at an occupied vehicle.Shortly after 10:30 a.m., police responded to the scene for a reported disorderly conduct incident. A 34-year-old woman said she and Harris, an acquaintance, were involved in an argument that escalated. When the woman got into her vehicle and tried to drive away, Harris threw multiple rocks at the vehicle. They both contacted police separately from different locations, and Harris was arrested without incident after an investigation.
