Murder and Stabbing Indictments in Case of Dumped Body
Juan Carlos Flores is one of two men accused in Dale City case.

A grand jury in Prince William County Circuit Court recently indicted a local man who is accused of killing another man and leaving his body in a Dale City neighborhood.
On May 6, the grand jury indicted Juan Carlos Flores, 25, of Dale City, on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and stabbing in commission of a felony in the January death of Barbaro Lupe Alonso-Iraola.
Another man, Douglas Hernandez, is also accused of conspiring to kill Alonso-Iraola. He is scheduled to appear in General District Court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on a first-degree murder charge.

According to police accounts, two men—who police have identified as Hernandez and Flores—pulled up Cardin Place in a white, older model minivan the evening of Jan. 15. Police say the men left the body there before they fled the area.
Alonso-Iraola sustained trauma to his face from a knife and a blunt object, police said. In a search warrant filed in Prince William County Circuit Court on Feb. 13, a police detective said that witnesses saw Flores with blood on him.
