Man Sexually Assaulted Store Worker At Woodbridge Aldi: Police
Orlando Jacob Barrett Jr., 32, of Woodbridge has been charged with sexual battery, according to the Prince William County Police Dept.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man has been charged with sexual battery following a recent incident involving an Aldi store employee in Woodbridge, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Orlando Jacob Barrett Jr., 32, of Woodbridge remains behind bars as of Thursday. The charge is a class 1 misdemeanor.
On Sept. 9 at 3:24 p.m., officers said they responded to Aldi, which is located at 13782 Smoketown Rd. in Woodbridge, to investigate an assault.

The reported victim, a 21-year-old woman, told officers that she was working inside the store when she was approached by an unknown man, later identified as Barrett, police said.
According to police, as Barrett walked behind the woman, he inappropriately touched her.

Barrett continued walking and at some point left the store, police said.
Police said the woman reported the incident to the store manager who notified the police.
While investigating, officers said they were able to identify Barrett and located him nearby where he taken into custody.
Barrett was held without bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 10, 2020.
