DUMFRIES, VA—A man was stabbed in the upper body late Wednesday morning in the 3100 block of Chesapeake Drive, according to Prince William County Police. The 24-year-old victim was treated at a nearby hospital for minor injuries.Around 11:45 a.m., police responded to a reported stabbing and found that the victim was walking along a wooded path in the aforementioned area when he became involved in an argument with an acquaintance that escalated into a fight.
