Police on Lookout for Indecent Exposure Suspect Wearing Running Shoes

Man allegedly wore hat, shirt and shoes; but no pants.

Police are looking for a man that allegedly exposed himself to a Woodbridge woman early Thursday morning.

A 23-year-old Woodbridge woman told police she was walking to her house in the 13600 block of Kitty Hawk Way early Thursday morning when she saw an unknown man following her.

Police responded to the area at 3:35 a.m. on Thursday. The woman told police she confronted the man and saw he was not wearing pants and was exposing himself. She was able to get into her house and contact police. The man did not attempt to grab or abduct the woman; police checked the area and did not locate anyone suspicious.

Police are looking for a black male between 25 and 30-years-old, 5-foot-10, 160 pounds, medium build with black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue knit cap, blue long-sleeved shirt and running shoes.
