596-Year Sentence Possible In Child Sexual Exploitation Case
A jury convicted a man in a sexual exploitation and abuse case involving a 13-year-old victim from Prince William County.
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — A Prince William County jury convicted a man last Thursday in a child sexual exploitation case and recommended a 596-year sentence, according to the Prince William County Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney.
Quintin Kyker, 30, was convicted of three counts of carnal knowledge, one count of production of child pornography (first offense), one count of reproduction of child pornography, and 24 counts of subsequent production of child pornography. The jury recommended an $85,000 fine along with the sentence of 596 years.
The offenses carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 365 years. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9, 2026. Kyker faces similar charges in Fairfax County, with a trial set after sentencing in Prince William County.

"This case underscores our unwavering commitment to protecting our community’s children from sexual predators," said Commonwealth's Attorney Amy Ashworth in a statement. "The courage of the victim in testifying and the diligent work of Fairfax County Police Department’s Child Exploitation Unit and prosecutors ensured justice was served. We will continue to pursue the maximum penalties for those who exploit and harm our youth."
According to prosecutors, Fairfax County Police received a report of a 16-year-old girl being solicited and exploited for child sexual abuse material by a man later identified as Kyker in October 2022. During a December 2022 search warrant executed at Kyker's residence, police found numerous message threads, images and videos depicting sexual abuse and child sexual abuse material involving Kyker and minor victims.

Detectives found geolocation data on Kyker's phone linking the videos to an address in Prince William County. Prince William County Police confirmed the address belonged to a 13-year-old victim and that the victim's appearance matched the person in the videos.
During a March 2023 interview, the victim said she met Kyker through Snapchat’s "quick add" feature. She met him in person multiple times, during which Kyker joined and filmed sexual acts with the victim. Over several months, the minor victim also sent nude images of herself and videos of herself engaging in sexual acts to Kyker at his request and under coercion. Kyker sent the victim nude images of himself.
