His injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said. The police department has not announced any arrests in connection with the shooting. Investigators have not provided any possible suspect description. The shooting occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. At that time, officers were called to the Elevations One apartments, where the victim was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim told investigators that he was shot on Alabama Avenue. Police officers reported that they could not find any evidence of a shooting.
