WOODBRIDGE, VA — One man was shot in Woodbridge on Wednesday, the Prince William County Police Department said.

The victim, a 23-year-old man, received treatment at an area hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said.

The shooting occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. At that time, officers were called to the Elevations One apartments, where the victim was suffering from gunshot wounds.
