Once again, St. Paul UMC is holding a Pumpkin Patch fundraiser to raise money for winter missions.
Last year, the money raised helped buy 475 bags of food to give to children on the free lunch program while they were on their winter break, St. Paul UMC Children's Ministry Leader Amanda Meres said.
Over a thousand pumpkins will be delivered to the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, just before the Pumpkin Patch opens Oct. 14. The Pumpkin Patch will be open Monday through Friday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at St. Paul UMC at 1334 and 1400 G Street in Woodbridge. The Pumpkin Patch will be open through Halloween.
